A nut-free pesto with plenty of bright, sunny flavors. Succulent, ripe asparagus meets an Italian classic. Traditionally, pestos are made with basil and pine nuts. Our Asparagus Pesto, however, is a nut-free pesto that blends succulent, sun-ripened asparagus with salty, nutty Grana Padano cheese and a special blend of spices for a pesto spread that brings a lighter spin to this Mediterranean-inspired treat. Try our Asparagus Pesto as a sauce for warm cheese tortellini or homemade chicken raviolis. Or serve, warmed or chilled, with crackers or breadsticks as a mouthwatering and easy gourmet party dip.

Suggested Uses:  Toss with hot or cold pasta dishes enjoy on a toasted baguette or ELKI cracker. Use on seafood, grilled meats, as a bread dipper, Panini spread, in mashed potatoes, or use as a pizza topping along with prosciutto and shaved parmesan.
